The challenge
Aurora Financial Group was moving 40 people into a new office — and the lease started in two weeks. Every day the new space sat empty cost money. They needed cabling, network hardware, forty workstations, printers, phones and a secure server setup — configured, tested and documented — before the moving trucks arrived.
Our approach
We started with a floor plan and a deadline, and worked backwards. Cabling and network hardware went in first; workstations were imaged and configured in batches; printers, Wi-Fi and the server room were set up in parallel. A checklist tracked every device and every user account, so nothing fell through the cracks. On moving day, our team was onsite to connect, test and troubleshoot as the office came alive.
The result
The team walked into a working office on Monday morning. Every desk online, every printer printing, and a full documentation package so their own staff can manage day-to-day changes.
